Latest Action Plan

2017-2018 Action Plan (Program Year 43)

The Action Plan discusses our plans for the community regarding housing and community development needs, primarily for lower income residents.  You can see the total budget of projects and programs funded this year.  We also have a copy of the results of recent home price analysis for single family homes and condos to identify a median home price in Los Angeles.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

In creating the plan, we held community forums where we gathered ideas and comments from the community.  This file documents what was heard at the meetings, as well as what the community had to say through letters or emails.

Mayor and City Council Reports

The Mayor released a draft plan and then the City Council reviewed and approved.  This is a record of the revisions and outcomes from Council meetings and the Mayor’s approval of the final plan.  There’s also a record of all contracts that were approved for funding when the plan was approved.
