Erma J. Bernard-Gibson

 Erma J. Bernard-Gibson has been a member of the Los Angeles Drifters since 1999. She has served as the Chapter President, Vice President, Financial Secretary and currently is the Treasurer. She has chaired several fundraisers for this women's organization successfully increasing resources to help families thrive. She is the National Parliamentarian on the Executive Board. She holds a BA Degree in Business Administration and Marketing and retired from Shell Oil Company after 25 years as a Distribution Coordinator. Following retirement, Erma worked part-time as an Administrative Analyst for United Methodist Ministries and is a Notary Public. She recently served as the Vice President of AARP Chapter 5117 and is a member of the Board of Directors and Political Action Committee for First African Methodist Episcopal (FAME) Corporation. She volunteers at Cedar Sinai Hospital and has been a court appointed sponsor for abused children. Erma has two children and five grandkids. She is a strong advocate for the rights of women and children.
