Annual Report

Because we receive CDBG, HOME, HOPWA and ESG funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we need to tell HUD and the public what we did with the money and how the Picture of an evaluation scorecard, with options to check off Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, and Poor. Excellent is checked.projects went compared to our goals. HUD also requires that we provide other information like financial reports and how we administered their funds.

This HUD report is called the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). You can read the most recent CAPER in our library. You can also find archived CAPERs in our library.

In September of every year, we issue a draft of the CAPER for the program year just ended to get input and comments from the community about how we did spending this federal money. We post a draft of our CAPER for 15 days to ask for public review. If you would like to get a notice emailed to you when we post the draft CAPER, please subscribe and choose "Consolidated Plan - Draft Annual Report (CAPER)."
