Our host of online services enables you to pay bills, input data for contracts or check the status of a grant quickly and efficiently from the comfort of your home or office. Please make sure to check what each of the platforms do to ensure they can address your needs as we have different portals for different needs. Capital Improvement Program

Purpose:

  • To recover capital improvement costs completed to rental units or common areas of the housing complex.

Primary Renovation Program
