Ms. Ingrid Estrada has over 7 years of experience in non-profit settings, specifically within agencies catering to the needs of low-income families and children in Los Angeles. Her areas of specialization include program planning, evaluation and improvement in the areas of health and mental health. She earned her B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA and her Master of Social Work from USC. Currently, she is the Development Director for Clínica Msr. Oscar A. Romero, a non-profit and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves the medically underserved neighborhoods of Pico Union and Boyle Heights. She is responsible for submitting and managing the agency’s federal, county and private grant requests in order to ensure the continued provision of primary care services at the organization. In addition, her role includes assisting department managers with program design and developing data collection tools that inform program and quality improvement efforts.
